• The domain name www.herbawellnesswater.com ("Website"), is owned and operated by Karma lifestyle pvt ltd ("Herba Wellness") having its registered office at Pure Karma Lifestyle Pvt Ltd 36 Ormes Road Kilpauk, Chennai 600010.
• Herba Wellness ("Herba Wellness", "Our", "Us", "We", "Website", "Site") Website and mobile application ("Application") provides a platform for liquor/ alcoholic beverage distributors, restaurant and bar owners ("Sellers") to showcase liquor, alcoholic beverages and other related products ("Products") on the platform created by them and enables you to search and pay for these products through independent, licensed alcohol beverage retailers, and other licensees with retail privileges. We act as an intermediary/ service provider, providing you with this platform enabling you to purchase the products from the sellers and we provide you with payment solutions, payment support services, technology solutions and other related / ancillary services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services")..
• The expressions "You", "Your" or "User", whenever the context so requires, for the purposes of this privacy policy, shall mean any natural or legal person who may create by registration, membership account on this Website or Application or agree to avail our services through this Website or Application, or otherwise access our Website or Application.
• By accessing and/or using the website and/or mobile application, you signify your agreement to accept this privacy policy. If you do not agree with any or all of the following terms of the privacy policy, please do not access and/or use the website and/or mobile application. Providing information to us is your choice. Information we collect through the Herba Wellness Website or Application

In order for you to take advantage of benefits provided through the Herba Wellness Application or website (for example, to use the Services offered on the Herba Wellness Website or Application), we may require that you furnish a certain PII.
