How does the delivery process work?
The products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you in the earliest time possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address, or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

What is the range of locations to which Herba Wellness ships the products?
Herba Wellness ships Pan India subject to serviceable pins of its delivery partners.

My order is shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company processing your order. Our trusted courier partners is Blue-dart.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually make sure that our brand partners dispatch most of our orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for Domestic & for International  7 to 15 business days. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. All orders will be delivered within 4–20 business days including Domestic & International.

My order has been shipped in multiple shipments. What does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have been shipped from different warehouse locations.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
We don't have shipping charge on any orders. However a handling cost is applicable for certain orders.
