Return & Refund Policy
- In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packaging in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Two (2) days from date of receipt of item(s) at your end.
- In cases falling outside the circumstances as mentioned in clause 5, all costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 5-7 working days.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

You shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
i. Your Product(s) has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
ii. Your Product(s) is different or the quantity is different from what was shown on the website or application;
iii. Your Product(s) is expired;
iv. Us canceling your order due to:
(A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;
(B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
v. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
vi. All refund amounts shall be credited to your respective Bank account within 5-7 business days in accordance with the terms stipulated by Your Bank.
- If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a return.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Return can be done only one time. The second time the same shall not be permitted.
- However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to modify or cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

We reserve the sole right to modify/cancel your order in the following circumstance:
i. In the event of You having already opted for partial order acceptance during the placement of order;
ii. In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;
iii. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
iv. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery
v. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.
